THE CRYSTAL COOP REFUND POLICY

The Crystal Coop is not responsible for flood, fire, power outages, natural disasters, acts of war or other reasons of the like nature that might prevent the use of a location that has been reserved. If such an occasion should occur, every attempt will be made to preserve the event. 
However, at no time will The Crystal Coop assume responsibility for such disasters.  In case of cancellation initiated by The Crystal Coop, all rental and deposit monies will be refunded.

 

In the unlikely event the CLIENT should cancel all deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation it must be submitted to The Crystal Coop in writing.  If The Crystal Coop is able to re-book a comparable event on the scheduled date all or a portion of the deposit may be refunded. 

COVID-19 VIRUS POLICY

The Crystal Coop will not be cancelling any Events due to the Covid-19 epidemic.  If an event is forced to be cancelled due to Federal, State or Local mandates we will allow a date to be rescheduled at no fee.  If mandates require a headcount to be under 100 guests The Crystal Coop allow a date to be rescheduled.   The Crystal Coop is offering any available dates for rescheduling that still remain in 2020 through April 30th, 2021.
